Croach connects new projects with a verified audience. As a member, you support projects through short, genuine actions — following, subscribing, or similar — and submit proof of completion. Approved actions earn USDT that can be withdrawn once your identity is verified. By using the platform you agree to the terms below.

Minimum age. You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform, create an account, or request a withdrawal. By using the platform you confirm that you are 18 or older.

Approval is discretionary. Every submission and withdrawal is reviewed manually. An admin may reject a submission or withdrawal, including without payout, if the proof is missing, unclear, or does not match the task requirements.

No fraud or automation. Submitting fake, reused, or automated proof, or creating multiple accounts to claim the same task more than once, is prohibited. An identity document verified on one account (see Identity Verification below) cannot be used to verify a second account.

Account freezes and enforcement. Any attempt to manipulate the platform, in any form or scale, results in an immediate freeze of the account and its balance pending review. If the violation is confirmed, the freeze becomes a permanent ban with forfeiture of any pending balance, without prior notice. Croach reserves the right to determine what constitutes manipulation on a case-by-case basis.

Genuine engagement only. Some tasks (such as following, subscribing, or engaging with an account) require the action to be genuine and organic. Using artificial or paid means to satisfy a task's requirement — for example, buying followers or fake engagement — does not count as valid completion, and the advertiser or an admin may reject the submitted proof on that basis. The user alone is responsible for how they choose to complete a task and for any rejection that results from it.

Identity verification (KYC) required for withdrawal. To protect the integrity of payouts and prevent financial manipulation, withdrawals are only released to accounts that have completed identity verification. You must provide accurate documents belonging to you; submitting someone else's documents, or documents that have already been used to verify a different account, will result in rejection and may result in a ban.

Balance is not a guaranteed payout. Your USDT balance is not released to you until a withdrawal is requested, approved, and processed. Croach may change task rewards, the minimum withdrawal amount, or discontinue a task at any time.

No refunds. All payouts are final. No amount already withdrawn, approved, and processed can be reversed or refunded. Likewise, USDT forfeited for violating these terms (such as fraud or multi-accounting) is not restored.

Project listings. Croach reviews every task listing request before it reaches the community, to keep the audience genuine and spam-free. Anyone requesting a listing is responsible for the legality of the linked content and destination. Croach may reject any listing request without explanation.

Governing law. No specific jurisdiction or governing law has been designated for these terms yet; this will be specified at a later date. Until then, your use of the platform is subject to applicable laws in the place from which you access the service, where relevant.

No warranty. The platform is provided during a pre-launch testing period "as is," without guarantee of uptime, and reward/withdrawal processing times may vary.

We store the minimum needed to run the platform: your email address, your USDT balance, the proof you submit for a task (text and/or an uploaded image), and the withdrawal wallet address you provide.

Identity documents. Since verification is required to withdraw, we collect your full name, ID number, country, and photo(s) of a government-issued document (national ID, passport, or driving license). These photos are stored in a private, access-restricted location — never publicly accessible — and can only be viewed by you or a platform administrator reviewing your request. We use this information solely to verify your identity and to prevent the same person from operating multiple accounts; we do not use it for any other purpose.

Submitted proof images and payment/wallet details are visible to platform administrators for review purposes only. We do not sell your data to third parties.

You can request account deletion by contacting support (see the contact icons in the navigation bar). Deleting your account removes your login access; historical records needed for fraud prevention or financial records may be retained as required by law.
